protecting us from (play) assassins

ATF agents at University of Georgia chased down and detained a sophomore because… he was dressed like a ninja for a “pirate v. ninja” party.

“Seeing someone with something across the face, from a federal standpoint — that’s not right,” [ATF special agent in charge] McLemore said, explaining why agents believed something to be amiss.

I’d hate to see what they would do if they saw pirates coming to the rescue.

  1. Why should any college student give a fuck, or have to, about what some wacky federal agent believes is “right”? He’s not a minister, right and wrong are none of his business. It’s his job to enforce the law, and there is no law against looking like someone other than a Western businessman.

If McLemore’s stupid enough to believe there’s possibly a CONNECTION between ninjas and real threats, he’s far too stupid to be allowed out of his apartment without an adult guardian, let alone holding down a job in SECURITY.
