It’s probably something that should be decided by the locals themselves.

My point was that Keyes went from “deeply resent” to “on the ballot” in one campaign cycle, simply because it suited him at the moment. It reminds me of that great “quote from Casablanca”:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0034583/quotes:
