all aboard the greasebus

I'm surprised I haven't mentioned the Greasecar before, but another project goes one louder: Greasebus. I like the idea of tooling around powered by other peoples' waste products.

Yep, that's also known as "biodiesel." We are looking at a "home brew" kit to use in the vineyards. Most later model diesel engines don't need to be "converted" if you will be running on "virgin" oil. Also, you need something that will keep the oil from congealing in your engine. Also, there are combos of diesel fuel/biodiesel that people use as well. It is an easy solution and should be way more available than it is! We only have one station up here that offers it. A business can buy in bulk from one of our local fuel companies, but then they would need a place to store it. I wish it was more easy to implement!!
