Local Harvest

Looking for good, fresh, seasonal produce that tastes as good as it looks? Want to support your local (small, organic) farm but don't know where to find it? Do you know what a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is? Want to find a farmer's market in your area? Better yet, want to order said produce online?

For answers to these and other questions, check out Local Harvest.

I mean, it's just so cool!!

That is cool! I did a quick search and found a farm near us that ships 2-pound boxes of macadamia nuts. Them's good for bakin'!

There are a couple other farms nearby, so I'll check them out soon. We really enjoyed the farmer's markets in Kona when we visited (there was one somewhere every day), so we're getting back in the habit of visiting the local farmer's market on Saturdays. Last weekend I discovered that there's a variety of turnip that I actually like!
