Of course we all have our quirks, eccentricities, and perhaps scarier skeletons in our closets that never ever are let out in our lifetimes, and there are all sorts of individual acts within the realm of abnormal psychology that have been perpetrated throughout history. But now the Internet makes it possible for the individuals sharing a bizarre bent to form discussion groups or communicate otherwise, seemingly under the "radar" until something like this opens it up.
