		<description><![CDATA[Part of the problem is that asbestos is not regulated in this country.  Everyone thinks it was banned years ago, but actually no ban exists.  

Also, it goes to show you that most companies will just do the bare minimum required by the law.  This is why we need to temper capitalism with some (good) government oversight.]]></description>
